Is your service available nationwide?

Currently our service is only available in Greater Manchester area covering:-

  • Blackley Cemetery & Crematorium
  • Gorton Cemetery
  • Southern Cemetery
  • Manchester General (Harphurhey) Cemetery
  • Philips Park Cemetery

We will however be pleased to consider other cemetery locations. Just send us details through our Contacts Page and we will see if we can help,

What are the primary services performed?

  • Delivery of fresh flowers direct to the graveside together with your personal card message.
  • Free grave search – don’t worry  if you don’t have the grave number all we need is the deceased name & approx date of death and we will check the cemetery records for you.
  • Removal of all debris (old flowers, leaves and other litter)
  • For peace of mind we will also email or text a digital photograph of the flowers placed on the grave.

What if I don’t know the grave number?

Don’t worry if you don’t have the grave number all we need is the deceased name & approx date of death and we will check the cemetery records for you. In most cases this is all that we need to locate the grave. If we need more information we will come back to you.

How do I order?

Complete the order form on the main page with your requirements and any special requests. No payment is required at this stage – payment is only made once we are both happy that we have accurately identified the grave location and understood your requirements.

When will the flowers be delivered?

Once we are both happy that we have confirmed the grave location understood your full requirements we will issue an invoice for payment by paypal. Once payment is received the flowers will be delivered to the grave on the agreed date.

Do you provide artificial flowers?

No – for environmental reasons artificial flowers are not provided. Flowers2Grave provide a mixed bouquet of seasonal fresh flowers in biodegradable packaging sourced locally.

How do I pay for my order and are my details secure?

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

If you pay on-line you will immediately receive confirmation that your order has been placed. We will also email you personally to confirm receipt of payment.

How will I know when the flowers have been delivered?

We will notify you by email and provide a photograph as proof that the flowers have been delivered.
